The other day I went to Costco for the first time in YEARS. I didn’t realize how much organic produce they carry now, which was a nice surprise! When I happened to find a huge carton of organic cherries, this was bound to happen – No-Bake Chocolate Cherry Tart.
You guys!! I’m super super excited this year for Christmas! Last year, Little Lady was so young that I felt this year is would be her first Christmas. She’s just more aware of her surroundings now. Christmas really does take the cake when you have little ones.
This warmly spiced cake is a perfect dessert as the leaves start to change. Cinnamon, applesauce, and clove give the cake its delicious flavor, fall in every bite.
As summer fades to fall, I can only think of this perfect dessert. It captures the essence of both seasons perfectly. Peaches for Summer and bourbon for Fall. With both flavors combined, it is a warm, fruity cake you can’t get enough of.
